Visited the infusion suite. Staff very professional.

The urgent care is definitely not urgent. The wait is too long for very sick people. Staff are rude and incompetent.
Not enough medically trained personnel. No urgency to treat very poorly people. No care, no expertise, no confidence. The buildings are inaccessible. Urgent care is outside on the roof, nay as well have been outside in the street. No access to water/drinks/food. Toilets filthy.

I waited for 9 hours at A&E because they missed my details during a shift change. Very poor service delivery.
