We noticed a difference when on ward C7. They helped him as much as they could. He has to have his foot amputated and I can't fault the staff. They have been as helpful as they can.

X-ray department did an X-ray and asked if I wanted a cast or a hand stabiliser after breaking my hand. But lady scanning was fast and she was finished quickly.

Was in A&E for 30 minutes and was seen, done and home within that time. They left a good impression on me.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. 10 hours and still waiting to be seen?! The worst A&E experience I’ve ever had in my life, nobody seems to communicate with each other or actually know what’s going on, the room I went to take my blood test in had blood over the floor and the bed messed up, sick in the toilet sinks and the first set of receptionists were so rude. Honestly if you can avoid this place at all costs you’ll probably just get sicker with the fact you have to wait half a day to be seen.

Dad ended up in A&E at 6pm in the evening and didn't get home until 5am. They didn't treat him the greatest, they took so long. The attention wasn't there for his needs to be met, they even knew about his thyroid and diabetes and that the GP had said they were at high levels.

Didn't do anything about the fact my vision has gone, just dealt with the nosebleeds. Discharged me and then as we were leaving they had to call me as my eyesight started to go again, so I ended up having to wait all over again. If they had took all my symptoms into consideration in the first place, that would have saved me the second wait.

Bad experience again, nurse and Dr at hospital bully mum and not helpful, bad rude doctors and nurses at the hospital. I have said the hospital are not helpful, they are not listening to us and not caring for mum. They hide things from us and do not tell us anything. And the Dr at the hospital are not listening to us, bad, rude nurses, Drs and manager in charge unit hospital. They are not providing good care to mum at the hospital, that's why we discharged her due to the bad experience. The doctors and nurses are bullies and troublemaker. I want them staff removed and for them to apologise to my mum. Do not let these people do this anymore.

They ignored the fact I cannot be sat upright or standing for more than 5-10 mins without excruciating pain and said
“We are busy it’s sitting in the waiting room for hours or nothing…" I explained I can only lay down but really need to be seen as it’s painful but they just said no we don’t have the bed we are busy. I explained I am registered as disabled they can check they didn’t care and refused to make any arrangements at all

I had a hysterectomy via keyhole surgery. The service was excellent and top tier. I was so impressed with the care and support received throughout my stay. The staff was committed to give attention and love to me. I had my own room with ensuite to recuperate. This was BETTER than private care.

I went to the hospital at 3:30pm with high blood pressure, heartbeat and dizziness. I was assessed at 9pm. They arranged bloods to be taken. At 4am they told me only one doctor was on duty but was on a break. In the end I left the hospital as I had three children at home under 10. They said they would send the results to the GP.
