Brilliant doctors

The doctor is brilliant and the staff are good. It's hard to get appointments for adults but easy for the kids.
There is a lack of appointments

The main issue is the lack of appointments. You have to chase up your test results and they never inform you of what the outcome is.

It wasn't too bad to get an appointment. They could improve a lot. I don't see the same doctor. They could improve on that. I had a septic foot and went to see the doctor. It was okay they just don't know me.

They're good. I get seen quickly to get appointments. The doctors and staff are polite and helpful. Good.
2 week wait

I had a 2 week wait to sign up with this service. It is my preferred GP but that is a long time to wait just to sign up.
So bad I changed GP

I was there for years. They never reviewed my medication and was waiting for a referral. I was that ill I ended up in hospital because they wouldn't see me. I changed my GP.
Problems with repeat prescriptions

I am having problems with my repeat prescription. Most of the times items are missing and then takes me ages to chase up it up.

I have been with them for over 20 years. The GPs and nurses are very good and caring.

I find it difficult to get a face to face appointment. They are not friendly.
