Satisfied with the service but the online form is a challenge.
Not enough time allocated for appointments

I called them as soon as it opened and they were all full. Once you do get one there isn't enough time allocated as you're in and out.
They just don't care

They're absolutely dead. They just don't care. What are they there for is you can't get an appointment or get through to them.

It's okay to get appointments and they listen. It was a great experience when I went for my blood test.

They're good but you can't always see the doctor face to face, it's usually a phone job. It's at the discretion of the GP. There's no point ranting and raving about it. It's all the same now.

Since covid the service has changed. It's a good service. I can get appointments. I see different doctors.
