You have to wait for 10 days

Before Covid you use to have a dedicated GP, but not anymore. You have to talk to a new GP all the time and even for that you have to wait for 10 days.
They need more staff

They need more staff that’s for sure. You can’t see your GP that’s why A&E’s are full of patients. If GP’s are working properly there will be lot less load on A&E’s.
It’s very difficult to talk to them

Since Covid it’s very difficult to talk to them. Whenever you call them you are 40th in the queue. All the appointments are gone in first half an hour.

I seen Dr about bowel problems, within 2 weeks he had arranged for me to have several tests that resulted in cancer surgery. He then looked after me during the recovery period. Due to his quick response I an now cured of bowel cancer.

Awful, can't get through on the phone, if you're lucky enough to, never any appointments and some rude staff.

Not listen to patient and also controlling a patient and not pick up phone and not helping a person
