Antenatal is alright. The staff are helpful. Sometimes there can be delays but it's out of their control and they always apologise. They're lovely there.

The pacific area is always delayed when waiting there. Been over an hour so far. No communication. Last month I waited over 2 hours. There is so much time wasted here. The last doctor I saw started talking before I even sat down and didn't allow me time to speak. I explained the issues I had been having and she just dismissed me. They should take their time so they don't miss anything. The service needs improving.

I only waited for around 15 minutes. Proactive and a fast turn around.

I have been having growth scans every 4 weeks but now its every 2 weeks. I'm seen on time and even seen when I was late for my appointment. They're good and very accommodating. Very friendly staff too.

Obstetrics don't tell you what the appointment is for. That could be made clearer. I have gestational diabetes and so I have to attend several different appointments.

The pharmacy was fine, I only waited 10 minutes for my medication. A good service.

The scan was fine and always on time. They work really really quickly and well.

I have waited 2 hours at Pacific waiting area and I'm still waiting. No explanation of why there is such a wait and just apologise, they never tell you what the wait is for. They then try and get you in and out and you feel rushed. I get they're so busy

The scan was fast and on time. Really efficient. All the questions I had were answered, they were good.

Bloods was good as they gave me time to ask any questions I had. It's all been fine.
