They checked my blood pressure and did a urine test. Everything was good and there were no long waits.

The scan was good and I asked questions which the midwife answered. It was quick to go into the scan and it was good. The staff are lovely.

I had a hysterectomy and they were really good. I stayed in overnight and the care was nice. Really good. I didn't have a follow up but my GP had to send me back for an urgent appointment and they saw me straight away.

Whilst having IVF treatment i was given lots of incorrect information which delayed my treatment several times. Doctors and nurses just don't care, you are not even a number to them. No matter how many times you contact them and complain they just aren't bothered. Waiting rooms are always full, no privacy, average wait time of an hour to be seen with an appointment, nobody listens or pays attention when you've had side effects to the medication and you are passed from pillar to post in the hope that you will just disappear. I wish I had never had any dealings with the fertility unit as they are an absolute joke!!!

A new portal allowing me to see letters etc is a good idea. What is a terrible idea is a million contradictory messages on different platforms alternately cancelling and rebooking my appointments. I have literally no idea what’s going on.

I’ve been waiting 8 months for a follow up appointment to check in for my readiness for surgery which I’ve been told is a year wait. Got an appointment through today for December and when I called to try and change it, I was told the consultant I’ve been seeing is retiring so I’ll now have to start again with someone else.

Everything from pre-op to the actual day. All very kind and caring. Explaining everything carefully so I understood.

I’ve had an awful experience getting help for menopause and still am. I have been laughed at, told I cannot have HRT because of my adenomyosis (untrue), finally put in touch with a consultant at the Menopause Clinic at the hospital (who I have never met face to face)who prescribed HRT but said I would need to be closely monitored. I’ve been bleeding for months again (6 and counting) and nobody seems able to either help me contact the consultant (he’s vanished into thin air it seems) or advise me about what to do. I’ve been told to stop taking HRT altogether or take a higher dose every day by various GPs and I’m at my wits end.

Mostly positive when I was there for an emergency C-Section.

It was great. I was very happy with them.
