Antenatal answers all of my queries and provides good communication. Face to face they are very good.

I came today for a growth scan and they said to come back tomorrow for another appointment but don't know why.

Baby was in NICU for 4 days and then taken to the Children's hospital.

My baby was born here 8 months ago and it was very good. Staff were very helpful when baby was born but baby was sick so had to go to NICU.

The staff at the diabetes clinic were good and helpful. I didn't have to wait long at all.

There's nothing wrong with this hospital at all I just had a tricky experience. Midwives were amazing and the specialists have been brilliant. They has switched over to the new service when we came in on that day and they were having some problems but it never affected our care on the day.

The IVF service was fantastic and really informative. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt really looked after. Everything was really explained to us too.

My 20 week scan was good. It was difficult to get to and find the department even with the signs. Too many double doors so it gets confusing. Colour coding lines on the floor to the departments would be good.
