It's hard to get appointments.

I always have different doctors. Sometimes it's good, sometimes bad. It's hard to get an appointment. It's a 2 hour wait on the phones to get through.
Haven't done the checks on my son.

Very hard to get appointments. They don't prioritise son and his additional needs. The GP should do BP and height and they don't do it. The school nurse would likely do it. They should because of new medication he has been put on but they don't do it.
Pharmacist better than the GP here

The pharmacy here is better than the GP. The pharmacist gave me better information than the doctor. They know a lot and are helpful in giving advice.
The doctors don't have a clue

Bad doctors, bad behaviour and given wrong medication. I don't know what is wrong with people. The receptionists are good. Unfortunately the doctors don't have a clue about dosages and give me the wrong information. It is a problem.
Doctors are always on leave.

It takes forever to get an appointment. The doctors are always on leave. They are good at prescribing but don't communicate well with the pharmacy. Appointments are usually rushed but the staff are nice.

The pharmacy inside the surgery is well stocked with excellent staff.

I have recently joined them and they are very good and helpful. I can get appointments very easily.
Bit of struggle sometimes

Bit of struggle sometimes, have to call at 8am in the morning, long queue and can’t get through to them. When I do get through to them they are helpful with some of the things that I asked them about. Bit of a wait for CBT therapy. Waited 6 to 8 months but when I did get the help it was helpful.
Hard to get face to face appointment

Just get phone calls appointment wise. It's a struggle to see them face to face. They deal with my diabetes but it's hard to get a face to face appointment.
