Car park expensive

The car park was well expensive. There was a guy happy to slap on tickets nearly on all of the cars.

I was seen by 3 midwives and a doctor in triage who were all absolutely lovely. They really made me feel comfortable and made everything clear to me even when the department was really busy.

Need clear communication

The hospital changed appointment at the last minute. Went to my appointment at the Assessment unit at the women's Hospital. They said that I should go to floor 1 to have a scan. Got to floor 1 and they don't do scans . Back to Assessment unit they said again that I need to go to floor 1. Got to floor 1 and it wasn't a scan it was a blood test that I needed. I felt that the Assessment unit didn't know what they was doing.

Couldn't find Gynaecology department straight away as the sign seamed in the wrong place when you enter the hospital. Only found when returning back to reception to ask them where the department was. While been seen the staff was so lovely. They all deserve a medal.

Costly Car Park

car park cost £7.80 for a few hrs. I am on Universal credit so I am unable to afford these prices. I have 3 more appointments. Which I cant afford to attend.

More Information should be given by reception

Reception staff should let the patients know if the previous appointments are running overtime.
