Waited in café area for wife scan. Didn't know if I could go or not. Just been told to wait in café area. Then after 30 mins wife phoned to ask me to join her in the scan. Just could have told me before that I was going to see the scan.

Parking tickets on the cars

Hospital seamed very quiet today. Not sure if they was scared off by the amount off parking tickets on the cars out the front of the hospital. It spoils the hospital reputation. The service we had from scan department was brilliant.

The badger app is brilliant. As new parents its given all the information that we needed. Staff was very happy to help and show how it worked.

Was nice to see all the cleaners out. The hospital was spotless. Covid restrictions were been taken serious.

What's a difference from today and 2 weeks ago

I had to wait from 8am to 2pm for my appointment 2 weeks ago. There was no staff around to ask for assistance. Today I had an appointment first thing in the morning and I was seen within 20 mins. What's a difference from today and 2 weeks ago.

Had to pop in the other day to pick my medication and they had it al ready and no waiting time. They told me all about the new medication and how to take it. so helpful
