The women's toilets need more cleaning. The rest of the service has been very good. Wasn't allowed husband due to covid, but understand this.

Last scan very clear information all through the process. Wasn't informed about the Badger app though, would like to know more. Need to ask for more feedback about the waiting areas as they have changed due to covid restructuring.

Knock on effect

Tested for covid before entering the ward. Parking was all full. Things were running late and there was a knock on effect with 2 appointments which made it more stressful.

Late appointment

Appointment was at 11am and wasn't seen until after 12pm. They said the reason for being late was due to covid and parking.

Friendly staff. Husband had to wait in the canteen area, but then was called in for scan. Didn't understand why.

Sometimes long waits

Today was quick service and didn't have to wait, but other times had to wait for over an hour. This was the afternoon when we had to wait.

Could do with better signs when you enter the building. Took a while to find the department. Rest of the service was brill. Staff were so friendly.

Arrived 15 minutes early and wasn't allowed in until 5 minutes before the time slot. Had to wait in canteen area which was full the time - all covid waiting areas took by other people.

Better sign posting for all the departments can help patients reach for there appointments in time. I was fifteen mins late because I couldn't find the department in time.

Appointment letter had all the information even Covid Information. Chose sitting with wife in the scan waiting room as it wasn't busy in the morning.
