Long A&E waits

My daughter was not feeling well. We went to A&E and waited for 3 hours before being seen. There were long waits and poor communication from the reception staff. It made things very difficult for us.

We were referred to Children's for further tests and assessments. The staff at paediatrics clinic are very supportive and well informed.
Care and treatment was excellent.

We had a few hours wait but did what they had to do. All seemed to be okay and still got her to bed for a reasonable hour.

My son has bow legs and he was referred in a timely manner to Good Hope for physiotherapy. The consultant at the Children's was very friendly and helpful . The referral took ages and there was a lack of communication.
