Excellent treatment for my daughter

Excellent care and treatment provided to my daughter over the years for her special condition.
Referral took ages

My son has bow legs and he was referred in a timely manner to Good Hope for physiotherapy. The consultant at the Children's was very friendly and helpful . The referral took ages and there was a lack of communication.
Long waits for referrals to CAMHS

They got CAMHS involved for my daughter but it took such a long time.
Seen within a couple of hours.
Accident and emergency services

I took my granddaughter to A&E. There was a little wait but were seen within a couple of hours, which I think is okay.

Sometimes they don't explain things in layman's terms but otherwise they are good in neurology.

It's very difficult to get an appointment with them but once you do they are very thorough at ophthalmology.
