Birmingham Children's Hospital

It's the second visit here and so far it has been good. We were referred to audiology from Kidderminster. It took a couple of months for the initial appointment to come though. They told us to call in July for another appointment but not get our hopes up that we could get one in July. They gave us one in July though which was really good. I was really impressed. It's easy to get through to them. We broke the hearing aid and we called them and they sorted it for us straight away. A brilliant service

It has taken a year from the referral to get an appointment. The letter was sent a week before the appointment at ENT. Not sure if the clinic is even running on time.

This is the only one I use. It's good.

I had to wait for a couple of hours but was seen by a very helpful doctor.

I had my ultrasound done over here. The staff were very caring and helpful.

I took my son but it was a long wait.

My daughter is been treated there at ENT department. The staff are very helpful and kind.

Excellent care and support provided by the speech therapy team. The staff at audiology are very friendly and supportive.

A very high level of service delivery. The doctors, nurses and support staff are all amazing. Excellent hospital with great facilities and friendly staff. Looking for parking is the only difficulty we face here.

My son is afraid of giving blood. They are very careful and engage with him very well when they are taking the blood. Thank you blood team.
