Very busy, harder to get seen here. You wait longer so would rather go somewhere else. I try to avoid them because of their waiting times. The staff are good but the wait is just too long.

Audiology is not too bad. Good communication about appointments. The staff are all okay and explain everything well. My son is going deaf in one ear and they try and see him regularly and keep a check on him.

We came for an appointment at ENT. They see him regularly and you can call them anytime about any concerns we have. They are easy to get in contact with.
Lovely staff

Came here for a sleep study last night which was fine. Went to bed at 10PM. The staff were lovely.
They have time for you at cardiology.

Cardiology is calm and runs on time for appointments. It's better because it is one department and not so busy, they have more time for you.

Outpatients are chaotic, it's always busy and that affects waiting times for ENT. I don't feel that they communicate with me unless I ask. I can't wait for blood tests so I have to come back at a later date.
