Dermatology is alright. they were amazing when she had an operation. Amazing service.

The skill of the doctors at paediatric neurology is very good. Our appointment was last June and they were meant to follow up and schedule an appointment for 9 months. We had to call and schedule it ourselves. That is the only thing, otherwise they're really good.

I can't say ward 10 are excellent or very good as I don't feel that they are very good. They don't listen. The operation was very bad. The op went very badly and unsuccessful and now she has to have another op. They discharged at 9am and told us to come back Thursday for blood tests which could have just been done Tuesday.
Parking is a nightmare, consultant is silent

Parking is a nightmare and made me 5 minutes late. They did say they would still see us. The consultant doesn't say much, he's a bit silent and doesn't explain things very well. I feel like he can't be bothered. I told them on the phone and they said I need to directly ask him to change us to a new consultant.
Prefer one to one to group appointments

The diabetes clinic had a group appointment but my son didn't feel comfortable with that so they changed it to a single appointment. My 10 years old likes one to one appointments.

My son had an accident on his hand and ended up at A&E. They said due to the injuries he would need an operation the next day. They arranged it all. Excellent care and service.

The doctors is on point with what he wants doing. The receptionists at cardio are questionable. They didn't apologise when they forgot to book an appointment for my son. They could be more mindful.
Quick and easy at bloods

Bloods are quick and easy. No one else can do them as well for my youngest as he usually passes out and they do it quickly so he doesn't get worked up.
