There wasn't much waiting time at A&E. The service was helpful and friendly. The hospital team did nice work, we enjoyed every bit of the service.

It was very busy when I went. I waited the whole day in the queue. The doctor was very good.

The wait could be up to 2 hours previously, but it has improved immensely and have been brilliant today.

They're okay but sometimes I have to wait. They're generally fine. We come here every 6 months.
No long waits at bloods

There are no long waits at bloods, we were seen pretty much straight away. They're very good with him. They comforted him when he cried and got it done as quickly as possible.
They're fine at haematology

We go to haematology every 3 months and they're fine. Sometimes its a face to face and sometimes a call. They just review his bloods.
More than accommodating

It's the 4th follow up appointment at neurosurgery today. It's been brilliant, just awkward to get here but they are more than accommodating.
