Outpatients

We go to haematology every 3 months and they're fine. Sometimes its a face to face and sometimes a call. They just review his bloods.
More than accommodating

It's the 4th follow up appointment at neurosurgery today. It's been brilliant, just awkward to get here but they are more than accommodating.

Spent 6 weeks on ward 10 and I can't fault them. They were brilliant. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The care is excellent and thorough. The staff are brilliant and lovely.

They're her besties on MHDU
July 30, 2025
MHDU (medical high dependency unit) are her besties. They always come to see her, spoil her and they're really good with her and they care. So so good.
Training made the service much better
July 30, 2025
In the beginning there were a few hiccups but the last admission she had they were so so good. They had been through loads of training at PAU which made the service much better.
They're okay

They're okay. They sort medication and have a few check ups. They get information from all the other departments so aren't that actively involved with her.
Kind staff at respiratory
Respiratory Medicine
July 30, 2025
I have a few concerns with them due to inconsistency with communication. I don't seem to get appointments from them. We were meant to get a CT scan and it was a lot of faff and stress to get this done. The consultants and staff are kind though.
Renal department are wonderful

They're wonderful at renal, I'm happy with them. They're so on the ball when she's admitted to the hospital. They come and see her out of courtesy and are just wonderful. My daughter doesn't go unnoticed.
Lovely
Accident and emergency services

Lovely they were, quick as possible. One doctor heard him cough and thought it was croup. They checked him over and gave him antibiotics before we left. They did bloods, x-rays and checked him thoroughly.
