Brilliant. It's gone really well. We see 8 different teams and we don't wait long between appointments. She has been given a little activity pack where she has to collect stickers between the teams she sees. Communication is really good and we don't have any concerns over her care all.

Amazing at the cleft department, really good. Appointments are on time and they are always open and available to contact. I'm happy with the amazing service.

We had blood tests today which was fine but sometimes you have to wait hours and hours. Staff are quick when they do the blood test but its just the waiting times.

I go to the kidney department, ward 1 every 6 months. They're helpful and provide good communication. Appointments are on time and arranged well. The staff are very good and polite.

The wait times in A&E are really long. We waited 12 hours but the care was good once seen.
