Great at renal, I really like them up there. Especially when she had the operation. They were really helpful and if I have an issue they get to the bottom of it. Was here for a check up today and they sent her for bloods too. I wasn't waiting too long for bloods and it was a quick process. They give numbing cream and spray which is good and keeps her less anxious. Good at keeping her calm too.

It's too warm and being too hot can feed germs. The paediatrician is sound and built such a good relationship with us as parents and with my son. Explains everything well and draws diagrams so we can understand better.

Really good at metabolic clinic, helpful, were so happy with the hospital overall.

There is 24 hour access to the dietician and they will answer and give advice whenever we need for her condition.

They're good. We see them every year. The last appointment in November was fine, they answered our questions. You can always call them for an appointment too.

Really good, communication is good with updates and follow ups. We see them every 3 months.

It sometimes takes time because they are busy but they are good and always have the medication she needs.

Always helpful at bloods because my daughter has special needs. They always try to give her the best care.

I was on ward 10 in January and it was very good. The staff were really good for the 11 days I was there. They treated us well as parents. On discharge we were given all the information we needed but wasn't told what to do if anything went wrong after we left.
