We have been before and they're quite helpful at SALT. We come every year. I'm happy with the service here.
Keep to time

He has MRI scans every 6 months and has scans of his bones. They keep to time and get things done.
Haematology staff are very good

My son has been under haematology since he was born. The nurses are good and the doctor is also very good. They see him every 6 months.

Ward 10 was a bit noisy and was there for 2 weeks. The ward was clean and better than other hospitals. We were always informed about plans of treatments, the staff were really good.

We waited about an hour in A&E and then transferred to a ward the last time we came. They did a few checks and decided she should be on a ward. They were great.

Oncology is really good. Been with them for 2 years and the care has always been good. The staff are sound and you can call them when we need to and they give us good information.

Excellent at neurology and always on time. They see him often and another thing is, because we travel so far they help with travel costs and parking which is so helpful.

The ENT appointment only took one and half weeks to come through, really quick referral and they sent the appointment by text message and then followed up with a phone call to make sure that the appointment was suitable for us which was really good.

Phoned up the pharmacy and they said the medication would be ready in 2-3 days. Then I called about the other medication as they were sending us too much so when I requested them to stop they did, which was good.
