Today we had our first appointment with them. They did the initial test and will call us back in 10 days for the start of proper treatment.

My daughter is being treated for an ear infection and care and support is excellent. She was referred to the audiology department by the consultant.

Very helpful staff. They arranged the medication from outside as they didn't have it in stock. I came to pick it up the next day.
