I called when my daughter had conjunctivitis. They said they would make a GP appointment as it was reoccurring. A brilliant, fast service.

It's a very helpful service. I called them a couple of times to get an emergency GP appointment. They ask too many questions but you get an appointment within a few hours.

My friend had an issue with his back and they called them. They didn't send anyone out to help or give him medication. The service was very very unhelpful.

They ask you too many inconvenient questions. My son had breathing difficulties and they sent an ambulance.

They ask you too many questions but you do get an appointment within 2 to 3 hours at urgent care centres.

They told me to go to Dudley Road as I was having a bad headache and said I would need to see someone straight away so I drove there. They answered quickly and got good advice.
