I use them when I need a repeat prescription and can't get one or when I can't get into the GPs. They help sort it all out. They have been brilliant and I have used them a few times now. They also send my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice which is helpful.

Called for my son as couldn't get a GP appointment. He had passed out and was really unwell. They said he needed to go to a walk in and arranged an appointment for him. They were excellent and acted quickly.

Good. I've had to call them. I've not had to wait that long and they signposted me to the correct place quickly. I only use them as a last resort.
