I called and they offered me a dental hospital appointment for 8:30am. I even got a text to confirm it. They were quick at sorting everything out.

Good. I go through straight away and told them my symptoms. They got me an appointment sorted. They ask lots of questions but they sort you out.
They have given me the wrong information

My experience of NHS 111 has not been great. They gave me the incorrect information and told me that I could go to the Urgent Treatment Centre without an appointment and that was incorrect. I needed an appointment to be seen by a doctor. This has happened to other people I know too.
Really long process

Really long. They call you back after 12 hours and then they'll send you onto a walk in or a hospital. Such a long process when you need immediate or help quickly.

I had to call NHS 111 over the weekend. They provided a good service and assisted me in booking an appointment with a doctor at the urgent treatment centre in Solihull. I was happy with the service provided.
