I called and they said the minor injury unit at Solihull wasn't busy. They were very helpful and I didn't wait too long to get through to them.

They got me an emergency dental appointment at Attwood Green dental practice.

I call them and they tell you to go to a walk in centre, you go and have to wait 4 hours. The last time I called I couldn't keep anything down as I had hyperemesis. they told me to go to the Women's hospital which I did.
They were very helpful.

I've used them a few times and they were good. On a weekend they were very good. They were very helpful.

I called them and told them the details with regards my ear. They called back 2 hours later and told me to go to an appointment at Summerfield walk in for the same day.
A terrible service on this occasion

My mother in law had a heart attack and they didn't send an ambulance until the next day. Terrible service on this occasion.

They will tell you what to do, which can be helpful when it's something we can't do anything else for.
Took to long to get back to me so went to A&E

I rang 111 and it took hours to come back to me. I'd had an operation the day before, they took so long I just rang my daughter to take me to A&E instead.
