They give me Face to Face appointments.

I sometimes have to tell them off but they're good. They'll see me and give me an appointment. They'll also do Face to Face appointments because I don't like telephone. they can't see me that way.
It doesn't take long to get through.

GP referred onto dermatologist within 2 weeks for spots on arms. It doesn't take long to get through. Had a growth on face. Saw the doctor and they arranged for an appointment to sort it.

Referred on from GP 6 months ago. Didn’t say it would be a long wait. They are not what they used to be. To get an appointment have to call at 8am. Not everyone can get through or get an appointment. They just say call NHS 111 and they will help me.

Book you in for another day. Wait a bit of time on the phone. initial appointment is over the phone and then they ask you to come in if need be.

It’s good but not easy to call up. If you go on the reception, they tell me to call and that I cannot book in person. It’s not good. Both me and my wife call to see who gets through first.

Saw GP 3 months ago and they referred me to chest clinic. The GP is a big problem. Every time it’s fully booked. Thanks no appointments not good at all.
Abrupt receptionist, can get appointments

The receptionists can be a bit abrupt. They will make an appointment for me. Can be a bit hard to get through. And they don't like you coming to the surgery.

I don't have a problem with them, they're good. I get the appointments I need and they are nice people. I can't ask for more.
