Can't book appointments in advance

It's difficult to get an appointment since covid. Almost impossible. I got told no one was available and to call again at 8AM. I can't book one in advance.

Very difficult to get an appointment. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.
Tough to get an appointment

Good but tough to make appointments. They say to call the next day. For up to a week. If a child is under 3 they will refer to Summerfield.
I always see the nurse.

Every time I book an appointment I see the nurse. I have not seen the doctor for a long time. I take care of myself. They prescribe medication over the phone not face to face too.
I have no problems here.

I have no problems with them. I don't struggle with them as I don't use them that often.
They will always see me.

They're okay. I try not to go often. Just when I really need to. It can take time getting through to see them but they'll always see me.

What can I say, they are okay for me. If I need them, they are there. No issues, no problems. Staff are nice. It's all okay.

My mom is having dizzy spells. There were no appointments. I will keep calling until they give her an appointment.
Good GPs

They refer onto a lot of modality services when they need to. The appointments are fine and doctors are good. Getting appointments can be hard but the GPs are good when you see them.
