Last year I was not feeling well and I called to get an appointment. All the appointments had gone just after 8am. Eventually I got one and was told to wait until after hours. They had system issues and when I arrived they said I could not be seen and it was out of hours for appointments so I refused as it was their error. They eventually apologised but because of this experience I don't feel any need to call because it is pointless.

They are okay. I can get appointments with the community midwife and I can contact her if I need to. To get an appointment in general can be slightly difficult.

Good but sometimes they don't answer the phone and it can take a long time to get an appointment. It's easier to make an appointment for the children.

Can't get an appointment. You call at 9am and you don't get seen. Problem is, they say call at 8am, they don't answer till 9am. The general service when you do see the GP is good, but you have a long time to wait before that.

They are good. I can get appointments, sometimes I can't but it's okay. The doctors are good, everybody is good. I like this GP they will try to find out what is wrong with you and quickly send you to doctors if they do not know.

I've never had any problems with the service. To book an appointment with them is an issue as they take days. Most of the time I have to walk in to get an appointment as they are super loaded with so many people. Staff are friendly. The receptionist don't have enough time to discuss issues. The area is clean and tidy.

I never get an appointment and even if I get one it will be with a different GP all of the time.

They ask you to call in everyday. No appointments. They won't give you a next day appointment. They just get lost in the system. You can't go in to book anything as you can't get past the security. You go in there and no one is in there, no one is waiting. It's like they're lying. They don't want to prevent people getting sick anymore. They just deal with it when you are bad. It is so bad.

No good, no good support from them. No regular appointments for the children when they're sick. I will come straight to the children's hospital.

I have to wait ages for the blood test results. It's very difficult to get appointments.
