Been going here for 4 months now. It's okay.

My pregnant wife had a bad experience here. They made her wait for 17 hours and at the end of the day she miscarried. It was a bad experience.

It was good following up with allergies and heartbeat for my son. Waiting for different medication.

This place is ludicrous. Navigating this place is a joke. Ward placings are pathetic. Car park signage is next to none. A&E looks terrible full with patients moaning and groaning and being called by megaphone like a sheep dip. No personal touches here. Horrid place, seems very understaffed. Should have abandoned the project when carillon went bust and used the funds to refurbish the two hospitals some fat cat executive closed. Designed by a Brum central library buff. I won't be going there again. One experience is enough. A JOKE.

Hard to navigate and confusing to find my way around. It gets me stressed when looking for relatives.

Alright, so busy I waited for 14 hours.

A&E is very clean and the waiting area and facilities are very good. We did however have to wait for 4 hours there.

Very pleased with the care, treatment and support when my wife had surgery.

What do you do if you don't like lifts. It's all lifts.

Long waits but the waiting area is very comfortable and the toilets are clean.
