Better than other surgeries.

It is much better than other surgeries. I have to wait a while on the phone but eventually get seen by a GP or practice nurse on the same day.

I had excellent care from my GP who pushed for a CMHT referral which got me a formal diagnosis and appropriate medication.

They're actually brilliant. They listen. They get you seen quickly with no waiting around. No messing. You can often call and get information and they'll ask you to come in if you need to see a doctor. they definitely prioritise children. No worries there.

Since covid they have streamlined services. They do a lot of triage over the phone and talk to a doctor and then they decide whether they can treat you over the phone or if you need to go in or if they can give you a prescription. I think they're amazing

I joined them recently and they have done all the basic health checks. So far very good.
Long waits

Long wait to get through to reception on the phone. Then another long wait to get through to clinical team. Never get the same doctor. Used to have named GP but not since COVID. Poor phone quality which makes experience even more frustrating. GPs can’t get visual cues from telephone consults.

No long waiting times for medication

Pretty good with my medication. There has been a few hiccups that hasn't been their fault. There are no long waits for medication. All has been pretty good.
