Terrible GP surgery

Terrible, you never speak to the same GP and then the next doctor doesn't know what your on about. They speak over the phone and not face to face. They never upload documents onto the NHS app and they don't do follow ups either.
Great experience put at ease by nurse

Went in for routine smear feeling very nervous, was put straight at ease with the nurse, having a chat before, and the test was over before I knew it, best experience I've had with one of these which is appreciated. Thank you

I love them I do. When I call I don't wait long in the queue and I literally get an appointment at 9am for the same day.
