I have arthritis in my knee. The service is fine, very good. The physiotherapy there is very good too.

They were really good. The service was incredible. I have had an issue with itching on my scar ever since though.

I am still on the waiting list for knee replacement surgery. They have said I should continue doing exercise whilst waiting. I am yet to be booked in for it.

I wish I could be seen here but the physio in Rugby said I am not bad enough to be referred. I have sciatica in both legs and I feel like I am 80 when my back goes. They can't do anything in Rugby because I am only 29. It affects my work. This place has good doctors but I can't get seen.
I would prefer phone appointments.

I've been coming here for 9 years. The appointment was okay. Minus having to drive for an hour for a 10-15 minute appointment. It's a pointless journey and it's usually school times. I feel a phone call would have been better for me when it's only to talk. I don't mind travelling when it's necessary.

I have been here 3 times now. The staff are polite and courteous. Appointments are on time. The hospital is clean and staff are lovely and friendly.
Pretty satisfied with everything

My wife is being seen. We had to wait for half an hour, it's no big deal, there are others waiting. I'm not complaining. The coffee was nice, it was nice to be able to sit and have a coffee whilst we waited to be seen. We haven't been here before. I am pretty satisfied with everything so far,
