OHP - Reservoir Road Surgery

Not good. A lot of the GPs have moved on or retired and it's all new ones now still learning. There aren't any English doctors there anymore either and no permanent members of staff.

I am quite happy and satisfied by the care and treatment provided by the GP surgery.

I’ve been with these doctors for nearly 40 years ( when it was the little house on the opposite side of the road). Last time I went to doctors was 4 years ago. Called today for an appointment ( ear infection) and my God, the receptionist was sooooo rude. I will find out who it was and put in a complaint. Just no need whatsoever

I went to the doctors for an MOT and BP check. It was all good. A very good practice, I have no issues.

Things are getting back to normal after covid. I can easily get an appointment now.

Most of the time I see the practice nurse. I just can't get an appointment to see my GP.

Mostly 100% but sometimes you can't get hold of them.

Rubbish. Lucky to get an appointment. Last time I couldn't get one and booked myself straight to the eye hospital. Half the time I will just look stuff up online.

I would give them zero star rating if I could as the level of service provision has gone down in the last few years. You can't get an appointment and most of the time you see a new locum. They didn't refer me in time and as a result I ended up with punctured lungs.

Hardly seen my community midwife because I have been having more specialist care. If I am worried I will just call the hospital. The doctors are good for appointments for children, no issues with that.
