Can't see my GP

Most of the time I see the practice nurse. I just can't get an appointment to see my GP.

Rubbish. Lucky to get an appointment. Last time I couldn't get one and booked myself straight to the eye hospital. Half the time I will just look stuff up online.

I would give them zero star rating if I could as the level of service provision has gone down in the last few years. You can't get an appointment and most of the time you see a new locum. They didn't refer me in time and as a result I ended up with punctured lungs.
The doctors are good.

Hardly seen my community midwife because I have been having more specialist care. If I am worried I will just call the hospital. The doctors are good for appointments for children, no issues with that.
See the nurse more than the GP

Difficult to get an appointment with the GP. Mostly seen by the practice nurse.

They fob you off and don't listen to you.

The reception staff are rude. Most of the GP's try to fob you off and don't listen to you properly. The waiting is disgusting whilst your on the phone to them.
Hard to keep explaining to different doctors

I can get an appointment but I don't see the same doctor and I noticed in reception that it says that you only have 10 minutes per appointment. It's hard for me to explain to each doctor what is happening each time.
Don't get to see my own GP

There is a lack of access to a GP. I can never get an appointment with my own GP. I see a new GP all the time.
