OHP - Reservoir Road Surgery

Member of my family are with these doctors, I arrived to find her in tears, after constant arguments with unhelpful receptionists, she said she cannot cope with the stress of calling anymore, so we have arranged her to go to transfer to another Doctors after being with the surgery over 50 years

They don't communicate right. They don't send over prescriptions, they lose them. The receptionists don't want to know. The hospitals are better and they send letters to the GP but then the GP says they haven't got them.

It takes a long time to book appointments and when I eventually get one there is long waiting times to be seen. I complain about high blood pressure and leg problems and they only treat me for my leg problems and tell me to book another appointment for any other problems. I ended up having the nurse attend to me. Always end up seeing a nurse and not a GP.

I had a bad experience with them. It's long waiting time to book appointments, it's not easy. While I had an emergency with my son they neglected me and my son rolling on the floor. I had to rush him to the hospital to be taken care of.

Always short of staff and very a slow moving environment for everything. They take ages to refer to a specialist and it takes weeks to give you the test results.

I had kidney stones and they were rubbish with appointments and contacting me. They referred me onto hospital.

Good, I can get appointments. The doctors are okay. They're as good as they can be.

Very good, really helpful GP. They give me appointments. I don't use them that often.

Getting appointments is difficult but the GPs and nurses are excellent.

Sometimes it's good, sometimes bad. The staff are very good and they sometimes give same day appointments sometimes its tomorrow as they are full.
