Very unhappy experience. Ended up paying for private GP. The challenge at OMNIA is not sufficiently staffed.

Nursing staff is very helpful, doctors have very good communication skills. Reception staff is rude.
Problems Booking Appointments

Whenever I try to book an appointment over the phone, The lines are always busy and when we do get through there are no appointments available or they say a doctor can ring you back and that is usually a long wait. If you have children and you are working then it is hard to see someone - a doctor or nurse - and that is really frustrating and as a result you could get more sick by not being seen.
