I have to wait up to 2 hours when I call for an appointment. They are helpful when I call form my baby, they will give me an appointment for the next day. The doctors are very good when they check the baby. they are very professional and friendly.

Fine. I email them using the online booking system and they get in contact with me for an appointment. It's better to do it this way as calling I would never get through. It works well for the kids too.

They are very good in all aspects. Appointments are always available and the reception staff are very kind and polite.

They're nice. The community midwife is the same one I see every time and she is very nice. They communicate via text and regularly through WhatsApp. They always keep to the appointments. The GP practice is quite good. It is all an online system. You send a message and they get back back to you the same day. I think they could improve by getting the GP to get back to you more often as it's usually a nurse associate that contact back. I then have to request to see a GP. That part of the system could be better.
