Went in and they sent me for an x-ray at Heartlands. If I call them, I get appointments the same day so that's good. The doctor listens well too.

I go to the surgery in person to make an appointment because they don't answer the phones. When I turn up they just give me an appointment there and then, but it's not easy to get to the physical place. They say they will call you back when you ring but they don't.

Very easy to get an appointment. You can even get one on a Saturday. They're an excellent and accessible service.

It went okay but they could look into an issue better instead of giving the same answer for every issue.

Eventually if I'm in the queue I will get through. Access is a problem. I downloaded the app to book appointments and you can't, which was the only reason for downloading it. The staff are making excuses not to make it available that way. I often get appointments with paramedics and not a GP. I'm not given a choice. You often get sent to the wrong location too. The good things is we have access to it 5 to 6 days a week. You can get same day appointments and blood tests there too.

Good as I can get appointments. I haven't used the online system as its too hard for me as it's all in English and I know little English.

It's hard to get an appointment and to get through on the phones. The GPs are really good and friendly.

Not good with giving appointments and they're really rude and unprofessional with their work. Lots of people used to complain about the receptionist.

They're good. You can get appointments, same day ones and they can be over the phone or face to face. They will see you face to face if you really need to or if it's for the kids.
