V-consult was hopeless. Near impossible to get through on phone. Absurdly reluctant to see patients even when necessary and both doctor and patient fully vaccinated. Some patients do need to be seen!

Making an appointment is extremely difficult. 30-40 minute wait on phone is common. No other way of making appointments. On-line suspended. No times given for call backs. Old frail people having to wait outside with minimal shelter. When you do get to see a practitioner care is good.

Very very impressed with the organisation of the Covid vaccination service.

My call could not be answered

Needing to book a telephone consultation, I rang the practice and was told that my call could not be answered as the practice was at full capacity and couldn't take any more calls.
