Appalling service. Gone dramatically downhill. Phone lines often too busy to even let you join the queue. You have to shout your name and DOB through intercom - data protection act violation. Have waited 45 mins to be answered. No timed appointments possible - just 3-4 he slots which makes it impossible for anyone who works to get an appointment at a time they can guarantee they’ll be able to receive the phone call. Selcroft Ave has no outdoor undercover waiting area or even a seat - even if you are frail / disabled - even in pouring rain / snow ! Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Am looking for a new surgery which is a shame because the gps are nice if you can ever make contact with one.

Can wait more than30 mins to get through on the phone. The doors are still closed. I recently went with a query and pressed the bell which started a phone ringing. After waiting 10 mins for someone to answer, the phone cut out. I feel completely cut off and isolated from my doctor. There seems to be no way of getting through. To be on the phone for 30-40 mins costs money.

I can never get through to reception. Appts are really delayed.

The phone lines are extremely busy. They keep Cutting off and they never have any appointments left to book. Prescription services are excellent as you book them on line

Fantastic surgery, yes it?s busy as most practises are, but the doctors are all wonderful as are the rest of the team.

Brilliant. Well organised. Everyone was really friendly and efficient. In and out with little fuss!

I went to give my blood sample. It was easy and good. The nurse was helpful.
