Contact with regular GP usually great care despite pressures. Doesn't seem to be much understanding of complex mental health and trauma but empathy and kindness do go a long way. Usually have poor experience if not usual gp. Hard to book phone appointments on-line. Reception and nursing etc always friendly. A good practice. Issues are prob common to most practices. Extra time for ongoing issues usually not a problem which is invaluable.

Efficient checking in process for the appointment, friendly and helpful staff.

Pleasant staff, always dealt with matters satisfactorily.

I had a cough and they gave medicine but after a while it was discovered it was cancer and it was too late. I would like them to listen more to patients and do proper tests to stop on time.

Can get same day however big waiting time. New telephone automated service that has improved service.
