Changing how we access them

The last time they were good for the children. I can book on the NHS app. Last week they informed they're changing how we access them though and you have to do an online form.
Never saw GP in person

They're terrible, but at least I could get prescriptions. Also, never saw a GP face to face in the entire time I was there, was always over the phone.
From excellent to terrible in 5 years

It now feels like a lottery win if you can get your results back if needed/blood test appointments sent as promised etc. Such a shame as it used to be an excellent surgery.
Very bad service in all departments.

They've been okay so far. I haven't used them too often. I went in with stomach pain and they got me an appointment. Helpful, knowledgeable and listened.

It's not always easy to book an appointment. Sometimes there are some available ones online. It's much easier to book online. Everything is good there otherwise.

GPs are good. Getting an appointment is a challenge for my 80 year old mom.
