Unable to get an appointment

I have been with this GP practice for majority of my 29 years, and I have to say it is disgraceful trying to get an appointment that I have to pay privately. They do not have a digital system to book appointments which would make life easier, instead you have to call and wait to be answered. The only time I was able to get an appointment was when I rang 30 minutes earlier than the due time, and had a referral to the hospital for a scan - which would not have happened if I had not have rang early by mistake. When I do call they say that GP appointments are unavailable. I am able to have a blood test and see a nurse yet I cannot see a GP it is practically impossible.

I was referred to the urgent care Centre from the GP for blood tests. It was quick, it didn't take too long.

Have to call on the day for an appointment, long wait on phone but can get an appointment. I don’t use the GP that often, but they do prioritize the children.

Good accessing appointment but have to wait a long time on the phones for an appointment, but can get one when get through.

Doctors will tell you to go there, the doctor will tell you to go there with an appointment they've made for you. But sometimes the appointment will be at 6pm and if you need a prescription it's not good as the pharmacy will be closed at that time.
