Very good GPs and referred son quickly.

It's difficult to get appointments but the GPs are very good and have helped us a lot. They referred my son to oncology quickly.

They are good. I have been with them a long time. It can be hard to travel here as I live in Sparkhill.

It has been difficult to get an appointment for the last 2 years. I called for stomach and back pain and they didn't have any appointments. Then when I finally got an appointment the doctor would only give me medication for one complaint at a time. No good.

It's a struggle to get appointments

You can struggle to get appointments sometimes and it can be hard for the kids. I will usually take them to the Children's or call 111 to get help.

I have been using this GP all of my life and the doctors and nurses have been great but I find it hard to book an appointment as a student and when I call the waiting time is always too long. So I think it would be nice if there are more call operators so that people can be readily attended to when they ring the GP.
Battle to get an apppointment

They're not good. It's a battle to get in, you're in queues for half an hour then there's no appointments. They used to have a walk in service at the back and that's stopped, so you avoid going. Then I have to call up the next day to try to get an appointment again.
