I wouldn't bother

Terrible. I wouldn't bother. You can barely get appointments. When you do get one you think you are sitting in front of a doctor and it's a pharmacist. I was accused of stockpiling medication. They should inform you if you are seeing someone other than a doctor.

I had a cardiology appointment. The service was not bad. The staff there were nice and friendly.
Good doctors and nurses, rude receptionists.

The nurses and GP's are excellent but the reception staff are very rude and unhelpful.

I am meant to have an appointment with the mental health team here every 3 months. I turned up to my appointment and the doctor was on leave. They then gave me an appointment for next year. I asked if they could give me an earlier appointment and they said that they couldn't so no support has been offered.

Reception keeps harrassing patient into booking appointment at unsuitable times over phone when carer is engaged with duties.
Phone them to get turned away.

You can't get an appointment. So I don't bother. I would rather just use my own remedies. I feel as if I have gone past the stage of using them by phoning them and being turned away.

Very difficult to get an appointment and completely impossible to see your own GP.
Never give appointments.

Receptionist is rude and doesn't listen to you. Never give you an appointment.
Phone lines engaged but a good surgery.

They are a good surgery. The only thing I don't like is the phone lines are engaged all of the time and there is a long wait.
