I found getting an appointment easy

I phoned last week and they gave me an appointment for today which was fine for me. I asked for an appointment on a specific day and they did this. I found it quite easy.
Very very fast appointment

They sent an appointment through very very quickly. They gave me a blood pressure machine for 24 hours and have asked me to come back to discuss the results.
Regular check ups every 6 months

They keep regular check ups after being referred from my GP to their cardiology. I have appointments every 6 months. They explain things well and answer all of my questions.

I came for a blood pressure machine after a check up at my own GP. I used the machine for 24 hours and then they called me back 3 weeks later for an appointment today to discuss the result probably. I'm not entirely sure but will find out.

Very poor service delivery. We are unable to get appointments to see our GP.

You try to call at 8am and wait for over an hour, then told no appointments. They tell you to use online services and still no appointments. Then appointments get cancelled without a reason.
When you go to the practice and speak to the reception staff you are met with frosty rude staff.

They're okay. They're alright. I can sit and chat with them. They are really good for me.

Rude receptionists, GPs rush you

They don't pick up the phones at all. Receptionists are very rude and unhelpful. The GPs don't listen and are always in a rush to see the next patient.

I have not used them much but they did get me a referral. They were good when I last used them. They listened to me.
