I went for my regular breast screening appointment and was invited back by letter for a follow up appointment. I must admit I didn't read the letter properly but they told me that I would need a biopsy as they had found abnormalities from the original scan which they organised quickly.

A very good experience at maternity. I had my baby in the serenity suite. They helped me a lot. I called them at 3am in the morning and they really listened and helped me.

Confusion and lacking communication at A&E.

I went to A&E with severe back pain and waited for 4 hours before I was seen. There's confusion and lack communication there.

All of my scans and blood tests were done at City. Nurses at maternity are excellent.
