Church Road Surgery

I hardly ever visit the Dr and had to call 111 last night, had a phone appointment by the Badger Dr and was told to call my own GP this morning. Phoned and no appointments, reception would not listen to what I said, could not book an appointment in advance just ring at 8 on the day and you ring and there are no appointments. I have pain in my chest and ribs and she wouldn't listen and actually shouted over me. Will be moving surgery now.

The nurses are brilliant. I find it easy to make appointments with nurses but it can be difficult to get a GP appointment.

All good. The GP is really good. I have only used it a couple of times as we have only recently registered here. The previous GP in Dudley was horrible.

It's hit and miss. Sometimes you get an appointment straight away and sometimes you have to wait for a few days to see a GP.

Been there for years, never had any issues with them.

It is awful trying to get an appointment here at 8:15am some days all appointments gone this can go on for days it’s not good enough

When you get to see the doctor he is very good but you have to wait week after week in order to get an appointment.

No longer with them, I couldn't get on with the service, they weren't very good.

You have to ring every day at 8 am and at 8:10 you get through and all appointments gone call tomorrow , I’ve been trying for over a week now it’s ridiculous
