The surgery is doing well

It's good and I can get appointments, both online and over the phone. Both systems are easy to use. They're doing well as a surgery.

Terrible, if you want an appointment you have to call at 8am. If loads of people call then you miss out. You can't discuss more than one thing.

A very good service provided and I can get appointments. The reception team are good. I'm not sure if they offer online appointments.

I can normally get same day appointments and you can specify that you want a particular GP. They have been really good.

I am really happy with the service provided here. I am satisfied with all of the help and support my midwife provided during my pregnancy. My only issue is it's a bit far to go to see the midwife but other than that everything seems to be fine.

GP sent me to healthy minds when I am already with them. So now they said I have to go to Anawim because I am alone, to help me speak to someone. I haven't gone yet. I haven't found any support as I am alone in the UK.
Rubbish and rude

They're rubbish. I call and they don't answer. I ask for a repeat prescription and they don't order it for a month. The receptionists are rude.

If you're not sexually active you can get a home test for a smear test. It's very intrusive for my daughter with additional needs. They are a health centre so they should be able to deal with additional needs and arrange an overall check up.
